A highly-placed source at Rab HQ confirmed the development to The Daily Star on Monday night.

The Ministry of Public Administration has issued a circular regarding the transfer.

However, till filing of this report around 12:50am today, there was no circular uploaded in the public administration ministry website and no official comment was also given from Rab HQ.
